Tryouts are in March , right after the state tournaments are over. Full details will be posted soon. We had 16 teams in 2025!

Tournament weekends for most of our teams are: April 10th through May, With most teams playing in 6 events. Contact director if you are considering less tournaments.

Practice Locations: Central Middle School: 8025 School road Eden Prairie, MN 55344. Do not try to enter on the east side of the building off Mitchel Road! The gyms are in back on the west side off of School Road.

Oak Point School: 13400 Staring Lake Parkway, Eden Prairie MN 55347. Enter from the lower parking lot in back.

Eden Prairie High School: 17185 Valley View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55346. Please enter through the activity center doors.

The Minnesota Thunder Basketball Program is a 501c3 non-profit boys and girls youth basketball organization. 

The Thunder has been providing great Spring and Fall basketball team opportunities to Minnesota's youth basketball players for over 26 years!
